1. Do you have a minimum storage period?
Yes, we are geared towards long-term storage, therefore our minimum storage period is 4 months. You may vacate sooner, but payment for the full four-month minimum is required.

2. Do you accept credit or debit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

3. Can my storage payment be automatically billed to my credit card each month?
Yes, we charge the cards automatically each month.

4. What type of security do you have?
We have a computerized gated entry system that tracks the entry of each individual customer. In addition, we have numerous security cameras. Our entry and storage areas are fenced and lighted.

5. Can I have access my storage space 24 hours a day?
Yes, we do offer 24-hour access for an additional $20 per month.

6. Can I store my car or pickup truck at your facility?
No. We apologize, but our main focus is on RV & Boat storage including boat trailers and travel trailers.

7. Can I put a cover or portable roof over my RV or boat?
We allow only fitted covers to be used on boats and RV's. We do NOT allow freestanding carport type structures or canvas tents. They not only pose a hazard during storms, but they also block our surveillance cameras.
